So Lauren, my cohort at work, has to make cupcakes every day (except on Fridays and Saturdays, when I make them.) The other day she decided to make chocolate-peppermint ones, and we made actual peppermint patties to garnish them! Well, actually, she did most of the work. But I helped. They taste even better than York’s! And are way cuter.
